Above all else, we make sure your fire alarm system is 100% compliant to current BS 5839-1:2013 standards.
Within this contract package, we will make sure your system is compliant, safe, and fully functioning for the duration of your contract at a cost-effective price point. Any arising or false alarms that do occur are answerable to our reactive on-call 24/7 engineering service, with a maximum response time of 4hours. To support our engineers, we provide in house office based after-caresupport 09:00 – 17:00 Monday-Friday with veteran fire alarm industry managers and executives.
